Testul Dynamiker Cryptococcus neoformans Antigen Assay se bazeazape motoda tehnologica ELISA. Se utilizeaza pentru detectarea cantitativa a antigenului Cryptococcus neoformans glicuronoxilomanan (GXM) in serul uman sau lichidul cefalorahidian (CSF), oferind o referinta de diagnostic pentru infectia cu Cryptococcus neoformans.
